Our first steps, once your piece is booked in, will be to ask you a few questions regarding your order. E/g a vanity order. Basin specs & placement, tapware position, your timber scope (any inspiration pictures you have saved send them through, this is what we will base the timber selection off for your piece). Once we have all the above info we will send you through drawings and specs.

Once we have received your images we will then select your timber for joinery, you can request to have your selected boards sent through for confirmation prior.

When your timber is confirmed joinery commences. This is where your piece comes to life, with filling, sanding and joinery taking place.

Once joinery is complete, your piece will enter the spray booth for finish. You will be notified when your piece is ready for spray. Once complete we will send through final shots. If you would like any additional photos throughout the process just let us know.

3.

Final steps to your piece/s leaving the workshop. Local pick up / local delivery you will be notified once completed to organise a suitable time.

If you require freight and packaging this is an additional 5-10 business days for most places across Australia. Please note that freight is not allowed for in our initial lead times.
